Our Guarantee
We stand behind every bar of soap we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day product-replacement or money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. You may ship the product back to us for a full replacement or refund — whichever you prefer. We will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@privateoakssoap.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If the product needs to be returned, we will provide a return shipping address and any prepaid label instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused or damaged upon arrival to qualify for a return.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of used products unless they are defective or damaged.
