We make our soap the old-fashioned way — cold process, small batch, by hand in Hastings, Nebraska. That means no shortcuts, no factory soap pellets, no synthetic detergents or conditioners. Just certified organic oils and butters combining slowly with lye to create bars that retain their natural glycerin and deliver a genuinely luxurious lather. You'll feel the difference.

Laced is one of a kind — literally. Every bar is made from our Unscented base formula with bits and chunks of every other soap we craft lovingly folded in during the soap making process. That means swirls of Coffee Buzz, Blackcherry Merlot, Sandalwood Bourbon, Vanilla Bonfire, and more are embedded in every bar. No two bars look exactly alike, and that's the point. It's what remains after the craft — and it's beautiful.

A whisper of everything we make. No single scent dominates — just a soft, familiar warmth that's different every time. The base is mostly our Unscented formula which smells clean and naturally of organic shea butter, with subtle hints of the other bars folded in.

Because Laced is made from remnants of all our bars, it contains the most diverse ingredient list in our lineup — four different clays, two different salts, and fine pool-grade sand. Red and White Kaolin Clay, Rhassoul Clay, and French Green Clay each bring their own skin benefits from gentle cleansing to oil absorption to mineral nourishment. Dead Sea Salt and Hawaiian Black Salt exfoliate and detoxify. And the pool-grade sand buffs away dead skin cells for a genuinely smooth finish. It's our most ingredient-rich bar and one of the most interesting cleansing experiences we offer.

Many of our customers with sensitive skin love our bars because we skip the harsh chemicals and synthetic additives found in conventional soaps — no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no detergents. Laced is one of our softest scented bars which many sensitive skin customers appreciate. It does contain fragrance remnants from our other bars, so if you have specific fragrance sensitivities check the ingredients list carefully. For the most sensitivity-friendly option, try our Unscented bar. As always, if any irritation occurs discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

No — and that's what makes it special. Every Laced bar is unique. The colors, swirls, and chunks vary depending on which soap remnants were folded in during that particular batch. You might get deep coffee browns next to burgundy merlot swirls, or pale vanilla cream alongside sandalwood tan. Each bar is a one-of-a-kind piece of soap art.

With daily use, expect 2–4 weeks from a single bar, dependent upon individual lather style and storage. To get the most out of it, let the bar dry between uses — a soap ladder or soap rest makes a big difference. A wet bar sitting in a puddle will dissolve faster than one that drains and dries properly.

Yes — all of our current bar soap formulas are 100% vegan. We use certified organic plant-based oils and butters exclusively. No animal fats, no goat's milk, no honey. Just plants.
