We make our soap the old-fashioned way — cold process, small batch, by hand in Hastings, Nebraska. That means no shortcuts, no factory soap pellets, no synthetic detergents or conditioners. Just certified organic oils and butters combining slowly with lye to create bars that retain their natural glycerin and deliver a genuinely luxurious lather. You'll feel the difference.

Hawaiian Black Salt is a volcanic sea salt infused with activated charcoal, harvested from the Pacific. It brings two powerful benefits to your skin — the natural minerals in sea salt gently exfoliate and detoxify, while the activated charcoal draws out impurities and excess oil from your pores. The result is skin that feels genuinely clean, refreshed, and purified. It's one of the most unique ingredients in our lineup and one of the reasons The Resort is such a standout bar.

Many of our customers with sensitive skin love our bars because we skip the harsh chemicals and synthetic additives found in conventional soaps — no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no detergents. The Resort is one of our softer scented bars, which many sensitive skin customers appreciate. It does contain fragrance, so if you have specific fragrance sensitivities check the ingredients list. For the most sensitivity-friendly option, try our Unscented bar. As always, if any irritation occurs discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

With daily use, expect 2–4 weeks from a single bar, dependent upon individual lather style and storage. To get the most out of it, let the bar dry between uses — a soap ladder or soap rest makes a big difference. A wet bar sitting in a puddle will dissolve faster than one that drains and dries properly.

Yes — all of our current bar soap formulas are 100% vegan. We use certified organic plant-based oils and butters exclusively. No animal fats, no goat's milk, no honey. Just plants.

We use nature's best — certified organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, organic shea butter, water, lye (which fully converts during the soap-making process and leaves no lye in the finished bar), and carefully selected botanicals.
